About Us:
Our passion for the breed of Maine Anjou cattle began in 1973 when we attended a sale in Camrose, AB. We bought 4 cows bred to Maine Anjou bulls and in the spring of 1974 one had a 1/2 blood Epinal heifer and our Maine Anjou herd that we have today was started. That female stayed in our herd until 1984 leaving behind a trail of offspring. We have genetics today that trace back to her.

In 1992 we purchased a Ferris RCH Strutt black Purebred bull calf which was the start of our Black and Red program.

Our herd today consists of over 150 registered females including Fullbloods, Blacks and Solid Reds.

Their docility, calving ease, rate of gain, feed conversion, and the maternal traits are just some of the reasons we have stayed with Maine Anjou, their disposition being #1.

Over the last 40 years we have met many great people with the same Maine Anjou passion as we have and created some great friendships.
